36 Rolls ?

I've been reading Julie's post about her month in numbers.  She says 36 rolls of toilet paper would last a year!  I must say I wish we could make 36 rolls last a whole year.  I suppose the fact that we have 3 loos doesn't help....And some of the people who live here think that toilet paper is the only thing to use for nose blowing (ouch).  Plus...... we actually own the Andrex puppy. Except that she is not a puppy, nor is she a labrador, and she is black...... she does, however, eat toilet paper, when she can get her sneaky little paws on it.

Hmmm.  Really not sure about that cushion top.  To be honest I think it does look a bit better in the flesh but I didn't take it to Moreton, so it didn't get quilted and now I've started faffing about with wool and crochet hooks again having found a cute flower pattern.  I really need to learn to finish things.  I think it might be too late though, I'm 57 and I'm told you can't teach an old dog etc.  I'm not 57 at all I'm 56.  I'm also very tired so I'm going to bed.  Night night. Today I......

First bit of sewing in a long time.....

Well, I started a blog.  I don't know what I'm going to do with it really.  It might just be for me.  If anybody finds me, so be it.  Hmmm...... so what shall I say.  I suppose I've done this because I love reading other peoples' blogs.  I mean, I really love it.  To the point where I spend far, far too much time on it.  Time that could be spent making some of the stuff I see and think "I could make that".  This afternoon I have actually made a cushion top. I think I will take it to Moreton in Marsh to quilt while we are away.  Here's a picture.
